Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Busby Soccer Academy directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- Travel Teams:
1- A refund will be issued ONLY:
(A) If we cannot place a registered player on a team, we will refund the players total registration fee.
(B) Involuntary withdrawal (season-ending injury or family relocation) before the start of the 1st scheduled game, will result in a refund less a $38 Merchant Fees & administrative Fee.
(I) If Registration is cancelled within: -
- 7 days after initial Registration : Full refund will be issued - 8 days to 14 days after initial Registration Date - 75% Refund
-15 day to 21days after initial Registration Date - 50% Refund
(D) 30 days prior to Week(1) of the season, (regardless of initial registration date) - There will be NO refund.
- Store Refunds:
- All sales are final.
